Sandra van Dongen
In 2002, Sandra first experienced the profession of trademark law in practice. The dynamic and international atmosphere appealed to her and in 2003 she joined Knijff Trademark Attorneys. After gaining some practical experience in the field of trademark law, Sandra successfully passed the exam of the Benelux Association of Trademarks Attorneys in 2006.
The combination of practical and legal aspects attracts Sandra. "You can only really be of service to your clients if you know what exactly they are focusing on. It is interesting as a trademark attorney to be able to provide your clients with good advice, apart from having a thorough legal knowledge, you must be familiar with the activities of your clients. This ensures that you learn something new everyday, also regarding subjects you would never have thought you would be going into."
