Trix started her career in the trademark world in one of Europe's larger trademark attorneys firms. In 1990 Trix joined Knijff Trademark Attorneys, where she had the responsibility for one of the international trademark practices. In 1994, she passed the exams of the Benelux Association for Trademark Attorneys.
In 1997 she became a partner. Since 2005 Trix is one of the managing partners.
