With over 20 years of experience, Boudewijn van Vondelen is one of our senior trademark attorneys. After heading up the Trademark Prosecution team of a large Dutch law firm for 12 years, he has joined Knijff again to continue to serve his clients. “I enjoy the legal details, but will always consider a practical approach when clients come to me for advice.”
Boudewijn has been involved in a number of worldwide trademark transfers and as a sworn trademark broker, he is always interested in trademarks as financial assets. “Clients sometimes forget that their trademark portfolio represents a significant value.” As an active member of INTA and Marques, Boudewijn keeps in touch with his international clients and colleagues. He is a teacher in the professional educational programme of the Benelux Trademark Association (BMM) and occasionally speaks and publishes about trademarks.
