Lies Huigsloot

Lies specialised in Intellectual Property law at university, and holds a Master's degree in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam. Following her studies, Lies spent almost 10 years working for a trademark agency in Amsterdam, where she enjoyed and successfully completed the professional training for Benelux Trademark and Design Attorneys (BBMM) in 2014. Lies moved to the Advertising Industry Self-Regulation Authority in 2020, where she gained knowledge and experience of advertising law in her capacity as a lawyer. In September 2023, Lies returned to the trademark profession, joining Knijff as a trademark attorney.

Lies is a dedicated, client-oriented lawyer. In recent years, she has gained extensive experience of handling trademark portfolios for national and international clients in a wide range of business sectors.
